Gochujang Miso WHole Roasted Cauliflower
Whole Head of Cauliflower, roasted with a mix of korean gochujang pepper paste and miso

Ingredients
- 1 head of white cauliflower, stem trimmed
- 2 tbs of korean gochujang pepper paste
- 1 tbs of miso or korean soybean paste
- 1 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 tbs of mirin
- 2 tbs Neutral oil (such as canola, sunflower or avocado)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325F/180C
- Mix gochujang, miso, soy sauce, mirin and oil in a small bowl
- Place cauliflower in a baking dish or baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Brush the cauliflower with the gochujang miso mix
- Roast for 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the top is browned
