Gochujang Miso WHole Roasted Cauliflower

Whole Head of Cauliflower, roasted with a mix of korean gochujang pepper paste and miso

Ingredients

  • 1 head of white cauliflower, stem trimmed
  • 2 tbs of korean gochujang pepper paste
  • 1 tbs of miso or korean soybean paste
  • 1 tbs of soy sauce
  • 1 tbs of mirin
  • 2 tbs Neutral oil (such as canola, sunflower or avocado)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325F/180C
  2. Mix gochujang, miso, soy sauce, mirin and oil in a small bowl
  3. Place cauliflower in a baking dish or baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Brush the cauliflower with the gochujang miso mix
  5. Roast for 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the top is browned
